Returns and Exchanges

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, M Force Direct offers a limited refund policy. If a refund is requested, a restocking fee of 30% (includes restocking and any bank charges) of the purchased price will be deducted. Delivery & insurance costs are not refundable. 

Returned products must be in original condition and original packaging. All accessories, software, manual and promotional products must also be returned in their original state. Original invoice or proof of purchase is required to process refunds. Returned products for refund will be subject to receipt and inspection of the product.

To request for a refund, contact M Force Direct within 7 days of receiving the product and ask for a Return Request Authority (RRA) number. The RRA number issued will help identify and facilitate a faster refund process. Please provide the RRA together with the returned product to M Force Direct within 7 days of the RRA issue date. The customer is responsible for the delivery and insurance of the returned product; this includes products lost in transit.

MM Force Direct will attempt to process the requested refund through the same method of payment made by the customer. Refunds would be provided within 30 days. It should be noted that refunds through credit cards may require up to two weeks before they appear in your account.

Importantly, check if the product is compatible and meets your requirement specifications before ordering. Please check if the product received is what you have ordered prior to opening the sealed packaging. No claim will be available if the mistaken product was considered used. Usage of the mistaken product would be considered acceptance of fit and proper alternative to the original order by the customer.

In the event additional goods have been dispatched in error, please contact M Force Direct as soon as possible. M Force Direct has legal title to any additional goods dispatched in error.

Steps to follow when returning products:

  1. Call or email M Force Direct for a Return Request Authority number.
  2. Packet the product, together with the manual, accessories, software, any promotional product and the original packaging in a secure parcel.
  3. Provide a note with your Return Request Authority number, the original purchase reference, reason for the product return and your contact details.
  4. Attention the package to:
