Shipping InformationM Force Direct charges a $6.95 delivery fee on each item purchased on the website throughout Australia. The customer has the responsibility to provide correct delivery details. In the event inaccurate delivery details have been provided or no person is available to sign for the delivery of the product, extra delivery charges will apply. If you are unavailable to receive delivery during business hours, it might be helpful to provide your office or work address to ensure no additional delivery cost are incurred. All deliveries would be made during business hours only. During the time of delivery if the customer is unavailable, persons at the delivery address will be regarded as authorised to receive the delivery. Allow 1- 5 business days to receive your delivery if the stock is available. Contact M Force Direct to confirm the availability of stock. M Force Direct is unable to deliver orders to PO Box addresses as we require a person to sign for the delivery. In the event the product is damaged during transit to the customer, immediately refuse the delivery and contact M Force Direct. Customers are welcome to pick up their order from the Sydney Office. Customers with their own courier arrangements will need to provide your account number if you have one, your nominated courier company name and courier contact details. The responsibility of delivery and insurance of personal courier arrangements lies with the customer.
