What Product Warranty is Offered?
M Force Direct is committed to provide assistance when you experience difficulties operating our products. All products sold by M Force Direct come with a 6 month warranty, unless stated otherwise (excluding accessories). In order to return products for warranty reasons, firstly email M Force Direct for assistance with your details and a description of the fault experienced. If we are unable to resolve the fault, a Return Request Authority (RRA) number would be issued. Upon which, ensure to return the product together with the manual, accessories, and software in a secure parcel. This allows M Force Direct to properly inspect and identify the fault.
Defects in workmanship or material that affect the normal use of the product and deemed covered under the warranty terms and conditions, would be replaced, serviced or repaired at M Force Direct or the manufacturer’s discretion. All replaced, repaired or serviced products would continue under their original warranty as of the initial date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the delivery and insurance of the returned product to M Force Direct for warranty reasons; including products in transit to M Force Direct. The normal warranty turnaround time of approximately 3 weeks is applicable. This depends on the nature of the fault, the testing period and shipment to the manufacturer and the return to the customer. The customer will be advised if the replacement, repair or service period requires to be extended.
M Force Direct will endeavour to not disturb the customer’s information in the returned product, however we will not able to ensure that the customer’s information will be maintained after the warranty service or repairs. The customer is responsible for the information contained in the product and is advised to make copies prior to returning the product to M Force Direct.
In the event the returned product is found to be not faulty, M Force Direct reserves the right to charge a $30.00 No Fault Examination Charge for examining the fault. This includes if the fault is the result of an operating system, software or hardware of the customer, or the product has been interfered with or it is deemed to be beyond the warranty terms and conditions. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping and insurance cost of returning the product to them. M Force Direct will ask the customer for permission to charge the shipping cost from the customer’s credit card. If this is not possible, M Force Direct will return the product to the customer through Australia Post COD freight collected basis.
Damage or fault due to modification, mishandling, misuse, tampering, neglect, abuse, accident (including liquid spillage), from use on incorrect voltages etcetera, would void all warranties. The customer would be liable for repairs that are not obligated under the warranty plan. The customer will be contacted prior to the commencement of the repairs to seek their consent to proceed. As noted above the customer will bear the cost of insurance and shipping the product back to them.
